The Two DVD Players
This brand new model, the Pro5000, from KAM is a dream to work with. As attractive as it is reliable, the Pro5000 offers a fast pick up, direct track access from the fascia and has an easy to use pro song key changer on board. The model has an inherent ability to play “anything round and shiny” – this means you can play all current Karaoke formats – CDG, VCD or DVD, as well as standard CDs or modern computer formats such as MP3 or MP4 compiled CDR discs. The Mixer
We have given up a lot of the budget to get the right mixer in! This makes a huge difference to the sound quality of both the music as well as to the presenters or vocalists. The Fusion from Studiomaster is very well appointed – it’s described as “The Complete Entertainments Console” and is ideal for Karaoke Performance, Solo Artists or DJs. On the left, you get three dedicated microphone channels, in the middle there is one channel dedicated to the effects level. The on-board DSP (Digital Sound Processor) on this effects channel includes some stunning vocal effects including reverbs, delays, echoes and special effects. It’s possible to simultaneosuly connect up to 8 music sources (DVD players, CD players, Juke Boxes etc), with no less than 4 channels on the right, dedicated to those uses. The Flightcase
The case houses both DVD players together with the sound mixer. It’s been specified with two other purposes in mind – to look good and to be light and portable. It wins on both counts of course – it has a modern, moulded plastic “designer” look (much better looking in real life than in our pics!) and due to the ABS material used, the case is very light. The idea is that, if need be, any of your staff members can easily carry this “performance console” into a back room when it’s not in use. More details on the flightcase can be found here.
The Headphones
The KHP-500 headphones are basic, functional headphones which do the job! We didn’t feel it necessary to waste too much budget on these. More details on the headphones can be found here.
Complete HK Audio Powered Speaker System
This is where the budget’s going on this package! This system will deliver “Cinema-Quality Audio At All Gig Levels”. Get ready to blow away your audience with the drama created by the sound of this PA system from HK Audio. Deep bass and crystal clear highs, all perfectly eq’d from the advanced technology inside. These HK Audio guys have worked damn hard over the years in pursuit of their vision – to reproduce that “personal home-cinema” excitement – YES, even at the constant high sound pressure levels encountered in the gigging or nightclub environment. Two SHURE UHF Radio Microphones
Why UHF? We have went for the more expensive UHF microphone system over VHF because we feel it’s important that your singers sound at their best – you’ll get the clearest reproduction with none of the signal dropout or interference traditionally associated with VHF! Two Shure PG58s are included here – the world’s market leading brand over the last 80 years is used by all of the worlds top recording artists – from Brian Wilson to Christina Aguilera. The Lighting
With this Level 2 package, you’ll get 2 of the all-new, sound-activated, 250W (bright!), full colour Acme Gobo Flower 250’s. These are high power output units which project laser-sharp beams, with 12 highly unique and attractive “gobo” patterns projected onto your floors, walls and surfaces! The Smoke
Just the thing to “jazz up the party” on your Saturday night! This package includes our best selling Powerfog Smoke Machine – just a little touch of smoke effect will beautifully bring alive the beams from your 2 Moonflower Lighting Effects. More details on the smoke effects can be found here.
Every venue is different – it may be that you do not wish to have your speakers permanently fixed. So we leave the choice up to you – fixed install or flexible mobility? Simply let us know your preference when you order. It’s really easy to use the speaker stands – the speakers are fitted on their base with an internal top hat which simply impales onto the stand.
