Can I Change The Key Of The Karaoke Song?

 

Digital Key Changers are available as "built in" to a karaoke unit or as a separate component that may be connected to your current system. This unit will change the key of the song without affecting the tempo (speed) of the song.

 

If key change is an important issue to yourself, watch out for some of the cheaper players which offer “non-digital” key change. Although non-digital key changers do change the key, the speed the sound of the track also changes. Key changes of 3 or 4 octaves can then start to sound rather odd and defeat the purpose of your tuneful rendition!
