45mm Focus Lens [FG6180]
for use with K range Projectors

Provides a very wide angle projection

All OPTI Kinetics projectors are supplied with an 85mm focal length lens as standard  The 45mm lens, FG6180, is available as a replacement focal length lens for the Solar 575, K2, K2+ and K4 projectors. Very high quality Optikinetics lens for the K series of projectors. Note that the K series lenses are encapsulated in a metal enclosure and specially designed to cope with the higher temperatures associated with high power projectors.

Can also be used with the GoBo range of projectors using the Lens Mount LA528037 (GS6100).

Lens Angles

The focal length of a lens determines how wide an angle the image is projected. In simple terms the larger the number of the focal length of the lens the narrower the beam. The lower the number the wider the angle. This angle is called the 'inclusive' angle. The 'inclusive angle' of each lens can be plotted on design drawings to determine the projected image size.
