How much can I put on this Card?

There are no limits. No minimums. No maximums.

What's this bit about Images adding a 5% top-up bonus to the Card?

Well, it's a gift - it's nice to be nice! We are using the same electronic technology that we already have in place for our Gold Card loyalty scheme. This means that every time we make a sale on this new Gift Card, 5% will be automatically added as a thank you to yourself. For example, if you were to load the Gift Card with £100, we would Invoice that as normal and the Gift Card statement would automatically be loaded with another £5, completely free, giving your intended recipient £105 available to spend!

Is there a time limit on when the money must be used?

No way! We strongly think that retailers who impose that are morally wrong. With our scheme the money belongs to the recipient and it'll stay with them until they decide to use it. No time limits at all!

Is there a limit on how many times the Gift Card can be used?

No. This card can be re-used as many times as it takes to reduce the loaded balance to 0. It can even be topped up and re-used. As long as there's still value loaded, the Card is still usable.

What special occasions cards do you include with the Gift Card?

Presently, we have 4 options available – “Merry Christmas”, “Happy Birthday”, “Thank You” and “Congratulations”. We’re open to any other suggestions that customers may have for future additions!

What if my Card gets lost in the post? What if it gets into the wrong hands? What are my guarantees?

We have a very secure password-protection system in place to handle things that can go wrong. If your card goes missing in the post, simply let us know that you haven’t received it and we’ll easily be able to put a stop on the card. Because of the security system that we have in place, it would be impossible for the card to be used by an intercepting third party, anyway.

Our Guarantee to you – We will make sure that the Gift Card is securely delivered to you fully loaded as bought. Any Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or mis-used before they get to you will be immediately replaced, free of charge, no quibbles, no hassles!

So what can be bought with the card?

How is the Gift Card redeemed for purchases?

Face to Face / Telephone / Post transactions – The spender should let it be known prior to the commencement of any transaction that they are using the Gift Card as the payment means. The spender will be asked to quote the Gift Card number printed on the front of this card and our sales staff will guide them from there.

Internet transactions – As always when customers get to the checkout they will need to select their preferred payment method via a drop down bar. To use the Gift Card for payment, spenders should select “Gift Card” from this menu and they will be guided from there.

Can I exchange the Gift Card for cash?

No. The loaded value within this card cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.

I want to buy multiple Gift Cards with different amounts. Can I do that easily online?

Yes! Click “add to basket” on the product as normal and you will be faced with a screen prompt which will give you the chance to select multiple cards with specific amounts on each card.

Please note that the Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with the Images Gold Card
