S4000IEM-1 IN EAR MONITORING RADIO SYSTEM WITH 1 RECEIVER and 1 EARPIECE

The S4000 IEM is a UHF stereo In-Ear-Monitoring system designed for use where the extra facilities of the S5000 IEM are not required. You have a choice of 2 basic systems - This basic system comprising of 1 transmitter, 1 beltpack receiver and 1 set of earpieces, or the S400IEM-E [SU851580], A basic system comprising of 1 transmitter, 2 beltpack receiver and 2 sets of earpieces. No matter which system you choose, as many receivers as desired can be added to the one transmitter.

The transmitter is mains powered and features a menu driven LCD control panel which can display the levels of both audio channels together, or an average of both along with the operating frequency or user name. LED's indicate stereo/mono and limiter operation.

The receiver incorporates an LCD showing frequency information, volume control, frequency selection, 3.5mm stereo jack socket and LED's showing power and RF reception.

Since the launch of the S4000IEM, we have been looking for a good quality, value for money, pair of earpieces to compliment this ground-breaking product. We are now able to supply the earpieces we have been looking for. The Trantec MicroBuds are designed to combine high quality, acoustically compensated ear monitors, with a generic earplug for use with Trantec In Ear Monitoring systems. They are supplied with foam inserts that will self-form to the shape of the ear. Included with the MicroBuds are 4 sets of grommets. These are low frequency Compensation Filters, designed to allow for differences in inner ear dimensions and provide optimum bass response. Generally speaking, Bass frequencies are felt rather than heard and therefore for some applications, it may be desirable to close the port completely: this sets the driver to produce the least amount of low frquencies.
