PDS-4 FIRING CONTROLLER

Skyhigh's Pyrotechnic detonating system (The PDS range) is probably the safest pyrotechnic firing system in the world. The Stage FX cartridge system is probably the most technically advanced system in the world.

The Skyhigh FX detonation systems features:

	Illuminated "FIRE" button.
	A supervisors Lock and Key.
	Open and short circuit testing.
	Remote lighting desk cueing with supervisors authority.
	System live and armed status LEDs on panel
	Ability to run the system on either 12volt batteries or mains power.

System includes:

	1 x 4 Channel Control System
	1 x Power Lead
	1 x Flightcase

Safety
The unit is made safe with a key-lock system and a removeable key. The FIRE button illuminates when the system is armed to prevent confusion.

Other features
FAULT LED should there be a fault in the Controller, Smartpod or Cable.
LIVE LED informs you that the system is ready to operate.
CHANNEL SWITCHES with bi-coloured LEDS to enable the user to carry out continuity checks on each channel (RED for problem, GREEN for okay).

The SMARTPOD is fitted with bi-coloured LEDs which warn both performers and technicians the system has just been armed and is ready to fire. They also assist with continuity checks on stage. Only XLR Connectors are used. They lock into place and are far more durable reliable than any other type of connector.

All SKYHIGH effects are triggered by these PDS firing boxes: Skyhigh Carts use any PDS Firing Box with Smartpod(s); Wired effects use any PDS Firing Box with PDS Pro Interface; Bombtank or Cannon use any PDS Firing Box Direct.
