STANDARD DELIVERIES

UK Mail - All items are automatically sent on Royal Mails' First Class Recorded Delivery Service. Delivery is expected next day (not guaranteed though), with the exception of remote areas and islands, which should allow 48 hours. International Mail - All items are automatically sent via Airmail on First Class International Recorded Delivery Service. Delivery is expected 2 - 3 days (Eire), 3 - 4 days (Western Europe), 5 - 7 days (Eastern Europe), and 4 - 8 days (Rest of the World).

UK Courier - All deliveries are automatically sent on the premier next day service, although remote areas and islands should allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that next day service is expected in most cases but not guaranteed. Use our Post Code selector if you want to check out your unique delivery profile in advance!

International Courier - Business Post in conjunction with TNT give us a highly reliable and speedy service for all worldwide orders. Please note that, with the exception of our customers in the Republic of Ireland, all international courier deliveries will be priced at ZERO value at the checkout. We will then respond to your order with a specially prepared quotation for Courier Delivery. From our experience, this is the cheapest and best way - we have found that it takes the human eye to match (and sometimes negotiate!) the right delivery option for your individual specification.

Special Delivery Mail - guaranteed next working day by 9am

When your small parcel item absolutely has to get there first thing in the morning and you want the peace of mind of knowing it's in the best possible hands, you can't get any better than Special Delivery 9.00am™. We guarantee we'll deliver your Special Delivery 9.00am item to the given address before 9.00am the next working day and we'll refund your entire carriage costs if we don't deliver it in time. Special Delivery Mail - guaranteed next working day by 1pm / 5.30pm
Cost : + £2.50
For all small parcel orders that simply must arrive tomorrow we find the Royal Mails' Special Delivery Next Day™ service unbeatable. Exceptional care is taken by the Royal Mail for all Special Deliveries. We guarantee we'll deliver your Special Delivery next day item to the given address on the next working day before 1pm (96% of UK postcodes) and before 5.30pm (3% of UK postcodes), and if not we'll refund your entire carriage costs. Special Delivery Mail - guaranteed Saturday
Cost : + £4.50
When you choose Guaranteed Saturday Delivery, that's precisely what you get - or we'll refund your entire carriage costs. Use this option on Fridays before 2pm online and we can guarantee next day delivery, even though it's a Saturday. Although the timing is not guaranteed by The Royal Mail, over 95% of guaranteed Saturday deliveries are fulfilled in the morning, with the rest generally fulfilled in the early afternoon. Courier Delivery - guaranteed Saturday by 9am / 10.30am / 12am
Cost : + £52 / + £42 / + £35
Guaranteed delivery for your Courier order on a Saturday by your specified time or we will refund your entire carriage costs. At least one of these services are available to over 96% of UK Post Codes. See below for terms and conditions which apply.

Courier Delivery - guaranteed next working evening between 5pm - 8pm
Cost : + £24
Guaranteed delivery for your Courier order by your specified time on the next working day or we will refund your entire carriage costs. This service is available to over 88% of UK Post Codes. We cannot control the exact time of the evening service delivery, however if you add a specific comment (using our checkout comments box) e.g. "Please deliver after 6pm", then there is a "a very good chance" (to quote our Courier company) that the particular driver will organize his schedule to accommodate. DELIVERY NOTES & CONDITIONS

In General:
  • If you are paying by credit, debit card or credit finance then please note that we can only deliver the goods to the credit card or credit agreement billing address, as this is a legal requirement of our contract with the Credit Card and lending companies. If your delivery address does not match the registered credit card or credit agreement address, this may result in a delay with, or a non-delivery of the order. With all other clear payment methods, you can choose which delivery address is preferred.
  • Any shortages or damages must be notified in writing, immediately to Images Entertainments Store. It is the responsibility of the customer to check deliveries and, if they do not have the time to do so, then they must be signed for as unchecked. Images Entertainments Store will not be liable if the customer has signed for the goods as being in good condition.
  • While Images undertakes that every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered promptly, no liability will be accepted for delay in despatch or delivery of goods, with the exception of the liabilities agreed in our general terms of trading or on our stated delivery guarantees.
  • Where a specific date for delivery has been agreed upon as forming a conditional aspect of the sale, then any subsequent failure on behalf of Images Entertainments Store, or agents contracted by them, will give the customer the right to refuse to accept the order with complete refund of carriage charges and without loss of deposits paid. Images Entertainments Store will not, however, be held liable for any other losses subsequently incurred by the customer.
In relation to Speed & Timed Options :
  • All orders must be received here by 2pm to qualify for the relevant category.
  • We must have cleared payment funds to proceed.
  • You must live in a qualifying postcode for the service selected - use our Post Code selector if you are unsure. (Note : If you are already at the checkout and the option is offered then you automatically qualify - our checkout has been programmed only to offer the options that apply to your Post Code.)
  • If the dispatch deadline is missed for any reason, then we will revert to you for further instruction. Please make sure that you leave your contact number (use the comments box in the checkout if you haven't already included it elsewhere).
  • If the deadline is missed due to a contravention of any of the listed criteria and we have been unable to make contact with you, then we will make the dispatch under the same delivery service on the next possible working day.
  • Next working days are deemed to be Monday to Friday and not including Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays or public holidays.
