Due to our large stockholdings, most orders are dispatched on the same or the next working day of your order being placed (approx 90% of orders).
Our order fulfillment figures rise to 98% within 7 days of customer orders.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods within 7 days of your order being placed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will inform you of the latest expected delivery date and you can then choose whether to go into our back order system or to cancel the order.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality, with the same or more features at the same price. Of course, where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
