Q & A Q. Who can subscribe to these monthly DJ Discs ?A. Due to the licensing nature of these titles, we regret that these discs cannot be sold to the general public. Only bona-fide entertainers, DJs, radio stations, music industry professionals and venues with an entertainments license may purchase these exclusive releases.
Q. What are the benefits of subscribing to the monthly DJ Discs?A. This subscription service is designed to keep our DJ customers at the very forefront of new music news, as it breaks, and to have the discs sent automatically to your door on the same day they are released. No more telephone calls to make your Order every month, saving you time! You can plan your monthly budget easily - all subscription dues are collected on the 25th day of every month. Many of the DJ promo CDs are strictly limited edition and can sell out extremely quickly (even on pre-sales!). Q Is there a limit to the number of half price releases I can receive?
Q. Which music styles are included?A. Pop, Dance, Indie, Hip Hop, Techno, Trance, R n B, House, Garage, and Top 40 styles are all catered for. Fuller details on the different types are included elsewhere on this page.
Q. Direct Debit or Card Standing Order - which is best for me?A. This is purely a matter of personal choice for yourself. There is no surcharge for either service. With Direct Debit, the money will come straight out of your nominated Bank Account and with Card Standing Order the transaction will be charged to your nominated card. All Karaoke and Card Standing Order transactions happen on the 25th day of every month. At all times, you will have peace of mind with the guarantees offered by the Direct Debit scheme (full details on the application form) or the Card Protection schemes.
Q. Will I still receive my Images Gold Points?A. Absolutely. Simply make sure you include your Images Gold Card number on your subscription application (there is a prompt for this), and your extra 5% will automatically accrue in the regular way via your Invoice.
Q. When will the money be charged and how will I know about i?A. All DJ disc subscription fees are collected on the 25th day of every month, or the 1st working day thereafter.
Q. How can I change or alter any details relating to my subscription?A. Almost all changes, with the exception of new bank account details, can be done in whichever way is easier for yourself - phone, write, fax or e mail us. It is not possible to actually alter your subscription details online. Direct Debit customers changing bank accounts usually need to sign a new mandate and post it in to us.
