Q. What are the benefits of subscribing to the regular Karaoke Chart Discs?

A. This subscription service is designed to keep our Karaoke customers at the very forefront of new disc news, as it breaks, and to have the discs sent automatically to your door on the same day they are released. No more telephone calls to make your order, saving you time! When you subscribe to receive a copy of any of these discs, you will automatically receive an advanced mailshot release. This postal notice will tell you what will be on the disc, when delivery is expected, and when your account will be debited. With this advance notice, you will always know where you stand, in terms of both bank notice and discs content notice.

Q. Which Karaoke discs can I subscribe to?

A. There are now 5 regular release chart titles in the UK at the moment - 1 from Sunfly, 2 from Easy Karaoke and 2 from Mr Entertainer. Details on these are included elsewhere on this page.

Q. Direct Debit or Card Standing Order - which is best for me?

A. This is purely a matter of personal choice for yourself. There is no surcharge for either service. With Direct Debit, the money will come straight out of your nominated Bank Account and with Card Standing Order the transaction will be charged to your nominated card. All Subscription transactions happen on the same day and no matter which method you use, we will always send you a postal notice detailing when the amount will be charged, together with an advance notice of the disc content. At all times, you will have peace of mind with the guarantees offered by the Direct Debit scheme (full details on the application form) or the Card Protection schemes.

Q Is there a limit to the number of half price releases I can receive?

A No limits. Our simple rule is that your entire first-time subscription order will be priced at 50% off. This discount will only be offered to you for your first order, and can only ever be offered once per person.

Q. Will I still receive my Images Gold Points?

A. Absolutely. Simply make sure you include your Images Gold Card number on your subscription application (there is a prompt for this), and your extra 5% will automatically accrue in the regular way via your Invoice.

Q. When will the money be charged and how will I know about it?

A. As soon as we receive notice from the manufacturer about your new chart disc, you will be sent a circular by post to advise you of the disc listing and the exact date of when your Bank or your Card will be debited. In this way, you will always know where you stand in terms of both financial notice and discs content notice.

Q. How can I change or alter any details relating to my subscription?

A. Almost all changes, with the exception of new bank account details, can be done in whichever way is easier for yourself - phone, write, fax or e mail us. It is not possible to actually alter your subscription details online. Direct Debit customers changing bank accounts usually need to sign a new mandate and post it in to us.

Q. What if I want to cancel?

A. No problem. You can cancel at any time by informing us by phone, by post, fax or e mail. At all times, you will have peace of mind with the guarantees offered by the Direct Debit scheme (full details on the application form) or the Card Protection schemes.
